In her function as Pastoral Counselor, Pastor Lynn applies the Arno Profiling System for temperament analysis.

This system assesses the strengths and weaknesses of the individual; enabling Pastor Lynn to fine tune her counsel to the real person. Other systems define an individuals behaviour; thus, they are less accurate.

With an accuracy rate in excess of 90%, this valuable tool gives Pastor Lynn an insight into the counselee that might, otherwise, take several sessions of conventional counseling.

The APS is effective in a variety of fields, from pastoral counseling and conflict resolution through to human resources and personnel applications.
